I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and the founder of PeriPower. I help high-achieving women 35+ reduce debilitating fatigue and brain fog so they can feel energized, focused, and steady again at work, at home, and in their relationships.
I specialize in perimenopause, a season of life where symptoms are often labelled as “normal,” but most women are never given a clear, personalised plan.

Perimenopause can feel like your body changed overnight: exhaustion, brain fog, sleep disruption, mood swings, bloating, anxiety, and a short fuse you don’t recognize.
New or worsening symptoms are messages. Perimenopause pulls back the curtain on the underlying issues in the body that have been going on for years. Perimenopause is often the label assigned to these symptoms, but perimenopause has not caused them. These symptoms are frequently connected to underlying root drivers like a dysfunctional liver, sluggish gall bladder and digestive issues.
This is why generic fixes don't work. This is why random supplements or Instagram advice don't work (or even make things worse).
